My previous thread was closed before I got a chance to respond, so I’m creating a new thread here:
On the front page of edit.tosdr.org is written “To review a service’s terms and conditions, first make sure the service is listed, and raise it on the reviewers forum if it isn’t”. The link is merely to the front page of the forum leading some (i.e. me) to think I’d have to create a new post.
Instead, I’d recommend changing the link to point directly at the request-a-service that I only now realize exists 
Also, the image on the request-a-service form is 404.
